Adidas Avengers Special Collection
Marvel is on top of their A-game and they won't stop. They have become a beast in the comic book world and the film industry. Of course Marvel's merch caters more toward kids with toys and such, but adults collect action figures as well. So aside from the lunchboxes, video games, and posters, Marvel decided to do the ultimate team-up that even Thanos would be jealous of. With The Avengers having such a big impact on people of all ages, Marvel has teamed-up with Adidas to bring you a collection of some awesome looking shoes.
The shoes will be dropping very soon this Summer and they will most definitely fly off the shelf. With core members The Hulk, Iron Man, Thor, and Captain America getting their own exclusive footwear. The styles of these kicks are pretty rad, each being different with color schemes that match the epic superheros. Captain America's colorway will come on an Adidas Crazy 97, the Hulk will rock a T-Mac 1, Iron Man's is a Top Ten 2000, and Thor's is a lightning-accented Adidas Real Deal. Doesn't get much cooler than that huh?
There are a lot of sneaker heads out there who enjoy Marvel as well. They go pretty hand-in-hand, or even better, foot in foot. For anyone who has a fetish for fresh kicks they should at least like one of the four of these heroic pairs of shoes. So if your favorite superhero made the cut to get their own shoe, the choice is yours. WIll it be the super strong incredible Hulk with the ever so green kicks, the patriotic red, white, and blue Captain America's, the armored high-flying genius Iron Man, or the lightning God himself, Thor? The choice is yours, choose wisely!
CodeWeavers and Wine is bringing DirectX 11 to Linux
More Windows PC games will “just run” on Linux, and it’ll be easier for developers to package those games with compatibility code and officially support them on Linux. Now, CodeWeavers expects CrossOver to support DirectX 11 by the end of the year, with Wine gaining compatibility shortly afterwards.
Microsoft’s DirectX graphics technology is only officially supported on Windows, Xbox, and other Microsoft platforms. The Wine project helps bridge this gap and already supports DirectX 9 very nicely.
Wine already supports DirectX 9 very well, but many new games no longer support DirectX 9 and rely on newer versions of Microsoft’s graphics technology. Wine is an open-source compatibility layer that allows Windows applications to run on top of Linux, Mac OS X, and other non-Windows operating systems.
CodeWeavers offers a paid product, known as CrossOver, which is built on top of the open-source Wine code. It pays developers to add features, and those improvements inevitably end up back in the open-source Wine project. CrossOver also provides a convenient interface and more of a guarantee that certain applications will be officially supported and not break.
While the DirectX 11 support will make it into CodeWeavers’ product before it makes it to the open-source Wine project, the code will be open-source and submitted for inclusion into the Wine project. In other words, CodeWeavers helps fund and support the development of Wine.
The new underlying CrossOver technology will also allow developers to port DirectX 11 games to Linux more easily. Linux gamers tend to dislike this type of port and prefer a native game that doesn’t use any Windows compatibility layer, but hey, it’s still better than nothing.
In the past, John Carmack of id Software and now Oculus has even argued that “emulation of some sort is a proper technical direction for gaming on Linux.” The better that DirectX compatibility gets, the easier it will be to port Windows-first games to Linux. And, even if certain games aren’t officially supported, it’ll become easier to just run them without any modification. Big game engines are increasingly supporting Linux, but general Windows compatibility is still helpful.

Intel’s New Low-end NUC mini-PC kits
Based on Intel's Braswell processors, the latest bare-bones desktop computers have emerged on Amazon for $129 and up.
The kits include a motherboard, processor, power supply, and all kinds of input/output ports; users supply their own storage, RAM, operating system, monitor and input devices.
While the original NUC kits cost more than $300, the latest models are much cheaper thanks to Intel’s Braswell processors. Not to be confused with the Broadwell chips found in most Ultrabook laptops, Braswell is more akin to what you’d find in a tablet or netbook, though as Ars Technica notes, it runs at a higher TDP to allow for sustained higher speeds—perfect for a desktop PC that’s not drawing battery power.

The new NUCs beg for home theater use, with support for 4K video streaming and TOSLINK optical audio output. Other specs include VGA and HDMI outputs, an SDXC card slot, four USB 3.0 ports (including a charging port that works when the PC’s power is off), an ethernet port, a headphone jack, and 802.11ac Wi-Fi. These aren’t fanless designs, though they should run quieter than a typical desktop.
Right now, Amazon has two models up for pre-order.
- The $129 NUC5CPYH has a dual-core Celeron N3050 processor and ships in two to four weeks.
- The $172 NUC5PPYH has a quad-core Pentium N3700 processor and ships in a month or two.
Either way, factor in at least a couple hundred bucks more for Windows, storage, and RAM. Intel’s NUCs have always looked like they’d fit in a living room, but
hadn’t quite nailed the balance between power and price. These new
models look more promising, especially with 4K video support, and tout
the cheapest entry cost we’ve seen yet.

A GADGET ALLOW A BLIND MAN SEE FOR THE FIRST TIME IN 20 YEARS
eSight glasses combine camera technology, a visual display and advanced computing that not only enable sight for those with low-vision, but allow blind people to control the image they see.
Mark Cornell has been blind for the past 20 years, all after 18 years of service in the US Air Force. Thanks to eSight, last October he was able to see his friends and family for the first time in two decades.
“So that’s what Yvonne looks like!”
The real-time video delivered into the glasses’ LED display can be adjusted to accommodate the specific needs of different visual impairments. Zoom, colour and contrast settings can be changed for tasks at any distance or for any time of day.
Since the glasses are more of an accessory than a permanent surgical solution, eSight aims to give users an increased sense of freedom and autonomy. And while they hope vision enhancement will feel like a miracle to those with low-vision, eSight also carries a $US15,000 price tag.
No matter how much it may cost, watching the gift of sight bring a tear to the eye of this veteran after two decades of blindness is a reminder not to take anything for granted.
Hoping to make the technology more accessible, eSight orchestrates fundraising campaigns for individuals who may not have the means to pay for the glasses. Every dollar donated to any campaign directly funds a device for that person, and every donation above the initial $15,000 cost begins a new campaign for another visually impaired individual.

Windows 10 Hero Desktop Image
The latest YouTube video that reveals the default desktop wallpaper
Windows 10 will have, and that exacting details that into making it.
Blasting lasers, pumping smoke machines, colored filters and falling crystal dust. Not all desktop images are created equal. Take a look behind the scenes at the making of the iconic Windows 10 image in our collaboration with world renowned, San Francisco-based design director Bradley G. Munkowitz aka GMUNK. - Microsoft
The
new design takes the basic Windows logo and shines light through it. Not
entirely original for a photo featuring a window, but the resulting
image is still cool to look at.
Munkowitz and his team
employed camera mapping techniques along with light, haze, lasers, and
lens flares to create an image of power generating from beyond the
window.
Munkowitz says the basic idea was to treat the
logo “as a portal that was allowing us to look into space.” In other
words, he let a window be a window.
What the famous Windows XP Bliss site looks like, today
Bliss is the name of the default computer wallpaper of Microsoft's Windows XP operating system. It is an image of a rolling green hill and a blue sky with cumulus and cirrus clouds. The landscape depicted is in the Los Carneros American Viticultural Area of Sonoma County, California, United States.
Former National Geographic photographer Charles O'Rear, a resident of the nearby Napa Valley, took the photo on film with a medium-format camera while on his way to visit his girlfriend in 1996. While it was widely believed later that the image was digitally manipulated or even created with software such as Adobe Photoshop, O'Rear says it never was. He sold it to Corbis for use as a stock photo. Several years later, Microsoft engineers chose a digitized version of the image and licensed it from O'Rear.
Recreation by Goldin+Senneby of approximately the same location in November 2006, showing vines covering the area.
"21st Century Bliss" by Tony Immoos (2010) reportedly "closely resembles the 1996 photograph"[14] but was taken about 14 years later from nearly the same spot.
Over the next decade it has been claimed to be the most viewed photograph in the world during that time.Since it was taken, the landscape in it has changed, with grapevines planted on the hill and field in the foreground, making O'Rear's image impossible to duplicate for the time being. That has not stopped other photographers from trying, and some of their attempts have been included in art exhibits.

How to find the site
Since then, the location of the “Bliss” photo has been disclosed: about here, on Highway 12 (overlapping with Hwy 121) in Sonoma County. If you’re driving from Napa to Sonoma, it’s little more than a mile or so past the magnificent Domaine Carneros. The safest way to visit the spot is to find a spot in town to park, then hike back. But an alternative is to find a place to turn around, then park next to a call box while driving east to Sonoma.

Russia's Super-High Frequency Weapon Capable of Taking Down All Kinds of Drones with 10km-range
Russia’s Rostec Corporation is to unveil a super-high frequency weapon capable of taking down all kinds of drones, missiles and other high precision weapons. The presentation will be made at the Army-2015 military expo.
The Mosow Radio Engineering Institute has developed a super-high frequency (SHF) ‘cannon’. It’s designed to knock out aircraft, drones, guided missiles and any airborne high precision weapons using electronics.
The cannon creates an air-exclusion zone within a reported radius of over 10 kilometers around the defended object or installation, though the system’s exact characteristics are classified.
“This mobile microwave irradiation complex performs off-frequency rejection of electronics aboard low-altitude aerial targets and warheads of high precision weapons,” a source in Rostec Corporation told TASS, adding this system puts close range air defenses on a whole new level.
“In terms of performance capabilities, the complex has no competitors in the world,” the source said. All the equipment is mounted on a tracked Buk missile air defense transportation platform.
“When installed on a special platform, an SHF ‘cannon’ provides all-around defense,” the source said, adding the complex is also planned to be used to test domestic-made military radio-electronic systems for resistance against high-power microwave radiation.
The SHF ‘cannon’ will be unveiled in the classified area of Army-2015 expo, an international military forum that will take place at the ‘Patriot’ military amusement park outside Moscow between June 16 and 19.
In April this year, the US Navy released a video detailing its LOCUST ( LOw-Cost Unmannded aerial vehicle Swarming Technology) technology – a new tool allowing multiple drones to coordinate and swarm the enemy. Reportedly, it’s designed to protect large US vessels. However, when armed with warheads they turn into offensive weapons.
An attack of a squadron of drones on a defended installation makes the task of taking them out really troublesome and resource-consuming for existing air defense systems.
The out-of-band 360-degree radiation suppression by an SHF ‘cannon’ looks like a universal solution for maintaining secure air defense against swarming drone attacks.

Frozen meat from the 1970's seized in China
After the Cat's and Dog food scandals, some 800 tonnes of smuggled frozen meat have been seized by Chinese authorities, including one batch dating from the 1970s, state media reported.
The meat was bound for restaurants, retailers and supermarkets in Hunan province, where it was found, and other Chinese provinces and major cities, according to a report from Xinhua, China's official news agency, on Tuesday.
The seized meat included poultry and beef and was reported to be worth 10 million yuan ($1.6 million).
Some packages were rotten and others were around 40 years old -- packed and stamped at the height of China's Cultural Revolution.
According to the Hunan Daily, a local newspaper, officials said some of the beef was from India and passed through Guangxi, a southern region bordering Vietnam.
CNN contacted customs authorities in Changsha, the provincial capital of Hunan, which said that local media reports on the meat seizures were correct and declined to give further details.
Including the most recent operation, this month Chinese customs officials have seized more than 100,000 tonnes of smuggled frozen meat worth almost $500 million in crackdowns across 14 provinces and detained 21 smuggling groups, Xinhua reported.
China has experienced a string of stomach-churning food scandals in recent years.
The most high-profile recent case involved a U.S.-owned meat factory operating in China that was accused of selling out-of-date and tainted meat to clients including McDonald's, Starbucks, KFC and Pizza Hut chains.

Crytek’s CryEngine Now Supports Linux
Linux gaming just keep on getting stronger, Crytek’s CryEngine now supports Linux, and that means support for SteamOS, too.
This is just the latest big game engine to support Linux, following in the footsteps of Valve’s Source engine, Epic’s Unreal Engine 4, and Unity 5. It’s easier than ever for developers making games on top of these engines to add support for Linux and SteamOS.
Crytek is an independent videogame developer, publisher and technology provider with headquarters in Frankfurt am Main (Germany) and seven other studios around the world. Established in 1999, Crytek has created multiple award-winning titles, including the original Far Cry, the Crysis series, Ryse: Son of Rome and Warface. All of Crytek's games are developed using CRYENGINE, the company's cutting-edge 3D game technology, which is also the first choice of other leading developers and licensees when creating games for PC, Xbox One, PlayStation®4, Wii UTM, iOS and Android. Crytek's ongoing growth in the games-as-a-service market has extended the company's reach as they continue to deliver top quality interactive experiences to players through self-publishing platforms online.

CryEngine is for more than just Crysis
This isn’t just about Crytek’s well-known Crysis series—Crytek licenses the CryEngine to other developers who use it to make games. With CryEngine 3.8.1, developers can compile their games to run on Linux and those forthcoming Steam Machines.
It may not be quite as simple as that—a game created with the CryEngine may still integrate third-party libraries that won’t necessarily support Linux. Developers will have to do a bit of work, so don’t expect every single game created with CryEngine on Steam to suddenly support Linux. But making the big game engines support Linux dramatically reduces the effort needed to support Linux. SteamOS is an appealing platform, and it’s only becoming easier, faster, and cheaper to target it.

Support for Linux means OpenGL, too
This latest release of CryEngine also adds OpenGL support. OpenGL is used for 3D graphics on practically every non-Microsoft platform—Mac OS X, Linux, Android, PlayStation, and even Nintendo’s consoles. Apple is moving towards Metal and away from OpenGL, but OpenGL is still the standard for 3D graphics on everything that isn’t Windows or Xbox, which use DirectX.
Vulkan will be the cross-platform successor to OpenGL that takes on Microsoft’s DirectX 12 and Apple’s Metal.
Vulkan will be the cross-platform successor to OpenGL that takes on Microsoft’s DirectX 12 and Apple’s Metal.
Expect more, better-quality games for Linux
The more than 1200 games that currently support Linux and SteamOS on Steam are only part of the story. Linux compatibility in major gaming engines means the cost of porting big new AAA games to Linux goes down. A company developing its own game engine from scratch might not want to invest the extra resources to get that in-house game engine working on Linux, but porting a game to Linux when the core engine already supports that platform requires much less effort. The companies making the game engine have already done most of the work.
More engines that natively support Linux should improve the quality of ports, too. Currently, some of the Linux games on Steam OS use a lot of Direct3D and Windows code running on Windows compatibility technologies like Wine and eON. This has led to complaints from Linux users who struggle with performance issues and other problems. Sure, it’s nice that some game developers made their games work on Linux somehow, but native support in more game engines means we’re less likely to see Windows game engines shakily running on top of Linux in the future.
Update also empowers full engine licensees to put CRYENGINE to work when developing games for Android TV systems. With Android devices designed for the living room set to become increasingly popular, CRYENGINE ensures users are equipped to bring their vision to life for a whole new audience.

How to Create Installer Using Winrar - Blogmytuts
How to Create Installer Using Winrar this is similar to my 2012 post "How to convert your ZIP or RAR file to self extract .EXE" file using free WinRar but this one has advance option. This is very useful if you send a file and worry about the recipient "Know How "to extract it.
So... why not convert it to self extracting file. If you have big file you can cut it into MB size too.
On this tutorial may Example is the IDM cracker version 6.23 build12_BMT_patch.
1. Highlight your File then click add to archieve.
NOTE: DO NOT select the whole FOLDER only selected files to use.
2. Change your Archive Name and Click "Create SFX archive"
3. Click the Advanced Tab and then click SFX options.
4. Click the "Text and Icon " Tab Input where is the destination Folder Path , Location where to extract your files.

5.Input Title of your SFX Windows and Text... example Installation notes, You can add LOGO or icon also here.. There is a icon extractor available click here.
6. Finally Input your License Title and Text
7. This is optional if you want to create Desktop Shotcut just click the "Advance" Tab click add shortcut locate your file source.
Example : "C:\Program Files (x86)\Internet Download Manager\IDMan.exe"
without quote.
Final Step . Click Ok to start creating dot exe file..
Bad thoughts when ever IT people see dot exe files they always think it was a Virus LOL.. -BMT

Nir Sofer, is experienced developer with extensive knowledge in C++, .NET Framework, Windows API, and Reverse Engineering of undocumented binary formats and encryption algorithms.
NirSoft is a Web site of one man. In NirSoft, there is no CTO or CEO, there is no secretary, there is no development team, and there are no rented offices. The entire Web site and all the utilities that you can find here were developed by Nir Sofer.

Advantages of NirSoft utilities
For almost every utility that you can find here, there is probably others alternative tools with similar functionality. However, NirSoft utilities have some unique advantages over many other freeware and commercial products:
- Most of the utilities in this site were developed in C++, which make them fast, small and effective.
- My utilities are portable and mostly don't require any installation. While many software companies create a bloated installation package with size of 1 - 3 MB, the size of single utility in NirSoft is usually less than 100KB.
- All my utilities (except of a few very old tools) don't write anything to the Registry or to your profile folder. This means that you can use them from a USB Flash drive, without leaving traces in the computer that you use.
- Most of my utilities can be used from command-line, without displaying any user interface.
- You don't have to register or give your email in order to download from NirSoft.
- My utilities are completely freeware, without any catch.
Here's some examples of what you can find in NirSoft Web site:
