• NBI Clearance

5. Fill up the FORM they will give and ready your IDs..

NOTE: Please dont forget the email you will use because that's really important and be sure that it exists..

6. Wait until they verify your IDs..

7. Ready your 120 pesos for depositing. The Cashier will call your name and you will deposit the 120 pesos for your Card..

8. The Staff will give your card, pin slip and the bonus Card Protector.. You can now go home..
